During the current pandemic, we are using a 'Telephone First' model.
Our phone lines are open from 8:30am for routine appointment booking.
If you would like to speak with a doctor or nurse, please ring us in the first instance.
- We will book you in for for a telephone call with a member of our clinical team.
- The clinician will call you for a telephone based consultation.
- If appropriate, you may be asked to attend the surgery later in the day.
You can book to speak with a doctor online via our My Health Online service. Our morning appointments become available to book online from 8am each morning. We also offer a number of appointments which you can book up to 7 days in advance.
Please note: if you have recently transferred to us from Cae Teg Health Centre - if you previously had access to My Health Online, you will need to re-register again with us. We apologise for this inconvenience but the details do not transfer over between differing clinical systems.
